EVERYWHERE!So BEWARE! The hottest way to counter these temptations is to keep healthy snakcs with you at all times—in your home, at the office, on trips, and in the automobile. Raw, unsalted nuts like almonds, fresh fruit, dried fruit, and cut-up vegetables make great fast-grab food.If you are going to a friend’s for dinner, offer to birng a salad so you are assured of something good to eat. What host or hostess wouldn’t be grateful for a great enormous salad to share?
